E-Learning Contignency Plan for International Private School Arabic Bilingual

The Sultan’s School in Muscat Oman needed an E-Learning Contingency plan to provide resources and lessons to Primary and Secondary Students. Moodle was chosen and the site is hugely successful.

The Site needed to be Bi-lingual in Arabic and English and enable Teachers to provide a variety of content to Parents and Students.

The Moodle Learning Management System was chosen for it’s suitability to the project. To enable the Bilingual element the design was simplified to enable little disruption to the layout with RTL configuration.

The Hosting required upgrading to a semi-dedicated private server to enable the high traffic and concurrent users uploading and downloading materials.

The feedback has been exceptional and we have been inundated with requests from other organisations requesting similar implementations.
